We encourage runners to challenge themselves (and go at their own pace) as they can choose either race to achieve. We encourage participants to explore their local outdoor areas, running paths or trails by the river. You can do it all in one day, run/walk/roll 1 mile or 1 kilometer a day for 5 or 10 days, or whatever combination suits you. It’s totally up to you!
