The Cahaba River Society has an opening on our team for a self-directed, detail-oriented, creative and collaborative Administrative Coordinator. We seek a skilled multi-tasker with experience in database and office management, financial and fundraising support, record-keeping, and event organization. This position is also our receptionist and provides administrative assistance to the Board of Directors and for all CRS programs.
Minimum requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience demonstrating these skills. A passion for environmental protection and experience in nonprofit management are a plus. Read more about responsibilities and qualifications in the job description here.

Benefits of this job: Starting salary range is $42,000- $46,000 depending on qualifications. We offer generous vacation and also flex time to offset some weekend and evening work. Most work will be at the office, with some hybrid work from home and enjoyment of time on the river. CRS pays full cost of the single rate of health insurance (currently $5.9k value), offers a matching 403B retirement plan and low-cost dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, and funds professional development and training, and is a family-friendly workplace.
