& “C the River” Conservation & Education Event

What: A spectacular 5k (3.1mile) and 10 mile trail race through the "biological heart" of Alabama's longest remaining free-flowing river, the Cahaba River National Wildlife Refuge
Why:
to benefit the Shane Hulsey CLEAN Environmental Education Program
When:
Saturday, June 5, 2010. Race begins at 7:30 am
Where:
Cahaba River National Wildlife Refuge, near the historic town of West Blocton, Al.
Who:
Something for everyone. Experienced trail runners will enjoy a very challenging 10 mile course, while newcomers can get their feet wet by opting for the short and flat 3.1 mile course. And everyone can enjoy a day of fun, free, family-friendly educational programs during & after the races.
